To provide an annual opportunity to generate cultural, celebratory, artistic and educational events which affirm the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender community.
To support friends and family through events and activities which promote unity, inclusion and awareness raising of sexual and gender diversity.
A Few Words About Us
Derbyshire Pride promotes equality and diversity, and advances education to eliminate discrimination gainst the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT) community across the whole of Derbyshire.
It raises awareness of issues by promoting and staging a series of events including the Rainbow Ball, a Parade through the central streets of Derby and the annual free Pride festival staged at the Bass Recreation Ground
